Dreaming…

Couple of days ago I had a nightmare. I’ve felt more than like trash after waking, but then suddenly I realized that I’m able to control it.

I mean that I can stop and think about my dreams deeper. I’ve analyzed it and I discovered that I can use it for my own purpose.

I was dreaming that my dearest friend changed, she became interested in some other guy and she was very rude. Her face also changed, she looked like a experienced, determined person. It wasn’t so easy to handle it, but finally I moved with an idea. Probably somebody on my place would feel familiar, so why not to try this trick, which were made on me in nightmare, on others in real world? Now I think that it’s not only a way to feel more confidence in things you do, but it’s also a way to deal with your own hidden fears. Of course I’m not talking about becoming a murder, but more subtle things hidden in your unconsciousness.

Shorten version of a tip:

1# Have a nightmare and remember it (just wait for it, you can’t control it)

2# Think about this what happened in your nightmare

3# Analyze the features of character of the main hero’s from your dream

4# Try to arrange this features in your life

5# After some time think again about the nightmare. If you’ve done everything well, you wouldn’t feel bad after resembling that nightmare.

    Hmm. I live to avoid nightmares. I guess they have a lot of control over me. Thanks for the tips. I will certainly keep them in mind.
